2010 Ohio Business Matchmaker Registration Process Description

This site uses the information provided by buyers and sellers to match the buyers' needs with a sellers' products and services when possible. In order for the process to work the information must be complete and accurate. The registration process when followed insures that the information gathered will be complete.

The system will generate a match list for your organization that will help you focus your attention and activities at the event.

First Time User

  1. Create a Login click on 'First Time User' menu item...
    1. Fill in the required information on the form provided and click on 'Submit'. Your login will be used to access your account on the web site in the future.
    2. The event registration page will appear and you will be able to add other attendees as required. To add additional attendees, fill in the attendee information and click on the 'Add A New Attendee' button.
    3. If a registration fee is due, you will be able to select your online payment method.
    4. Click on the 'Complete Registration' button to continue.
  2. Click on 'Manage NAICS Codes' on the menu...
    1. Instructions on the page provide information on looking-up, adding and deleting NAICS codes for your account. If you do not record NAICS codes matches can not be made.
    2. Click on the 'My Matches' link to view the matches made to this point.
  3. Download your list of matches before the event...
    1. Click on the 'My Matches' link to view the matches made at any time.
    2. A downloadable Excel file of your matches is available after you have input your NAICS codes.
    3. Check it often as new matches may be made as new NAICS codes are entered.

Returning User

  1. Click on 'Returning User' to Log in to site. Your login:
    1. identifies your organization.
    2. enables the you to manage your NAICS codes.
    3. provides access to the NAICS code match list.
    4. tailors the match specifically for your organization.
  2. Click on 'Manage NAICS Codes' to
    1. look-up NAICS codes.
    2. add NAICS codes.
    3. delete NAICS codes.
  3. Click on 'Register for the Event'.
    1. Add additional attendees as required by filling in the attendee information and clicking on the 'Add A New Attendee' button.
    2. If a registration fee is due, you will be able to select your online payment method.
    3. Click on the 'Complete Registration' button to continue.
